Scope: Planning and Specification for HVAC.

Challenge: Strategically placed 35 HVAC units across Amazon’s new 400,000 sq. ft. facility within a condensed timeline and defined cost structure.

Approach: Industrial helicopter installation chosen
over crane lift to save time and control costs. Weather
conditions required last-minute installation revisions. Permitting and scheduling logistics were adjusted to accommodate the forecast.

Results: The highly complex installation process was completed according to the revised plan without incident. Equipment was connected and commissioned within the tight schedule.
